Global Enterprise Consulting, LLC (GEC) was founded in 1999 by Managing Director Robert E. Ross, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with more than 40 years of business experience. Rob has served as a Partner with Deloitte & Touche, as well as holding corporate senior executive and officer positions, building and leading business units and functional teams in government, private industry, and consulting organizations. GEC focuses on improving business process execution, operational effectiveness, improving financial performance, strengthening communications, managing information technology, and mitigating business risk exposure.

GEC has responded to the challenges of globalization, new competitive environments, changes in the models of doing business, and the emergence of new technologies that advance process efficiency and improve communications. GEC resources are highly motivated, seek intellectual challenge, and have a passion for solving problems.
